Amy Sykes

Amy is originally from Malvern and was 23 when she joined OTOXO for the production of Above and Below. She then moved to London to work as Production Assistant on the short film To The Grave, which was selected for The Short Films Corner in the 2016 Cannes Festival, and screened at the BAFTA cinema in London. Following that she joined Midsummer Films Productions as team assistant.

Andrew Wood

Andrew was 24 when he joined OTOXO. After the experience of co-directing he returned to the UK to combine his passions of film and music to work in music video direction.

Bala Kingston

Bala is from the UK and joined OTOXO at the age of 23. Following the his training in Spain, he moved to London where he has been working as a freelance editor. He also works for Apple as an editing tutor in Final Cut Pro.

Chrisann Hessing

After her experience on the INto INdustry Programme, Chrisann moved straight into a Production Co-ordinator role with Willis Sweete Productions, where her impressive performance soon saw her promoted to Associate Producer role as well. In addition to all of this she also produced and directed her own documentary short The Good Fight, which has already achieved substantial success on the festival circuit.

Craig Rogers

Craig is now freelance director, producer and editor in the UK and has recently been working as a Junior Editor at Lucasfilm.

Martha Bailey

After the INto INdustry Programme and her co-directing role with OTOXO Martha returned to London where she followed a spell at Nerd TV, with a position as Researcher, Assistant Producer and Camera Operator at In Focus Productions.
